An effective way to enhance self-awareness is to cultivate your capacity to listen to yourself as an embodied being. Continuum offers a direct experiential inquiry that supports softening somatic constraints and becoming explorers of the rich inner world of sensations and moving expressions. By shining the light of our attention inward, we can listen to and follow the deep wisdom within us. As we “disrobe” our protective strategies, we uncover the joy of our unique gifts, becoming more present to the creativity and mysteries of life.
This experience of truth can only be partially grasped by our minds. We must delve deeper within ourselves and connect with an internal life force and movement that we embody. Sensation becomes our guide to presence and to the gifts of creative unfolding, perceiving each moment with fresh awareness.
I invite you to join me in a practice of listening—becoming an explorer of the rich inner world of sensations and living expressions. Together, let us awaken to a broader participation in a world that, despite its challenges, is abundant with beauty.
