In 2015 Yoshi was authorized as a Continuum Movement teacher by Continuum Movement, Inc. In 2023 he qualified for membership in the Continuum Teachers Association. His teaching focuses on how to help ourselves to be adjustable, adaptable, resilient, and flexible in our physical, emotional, and mental reality through the creative movement, breaths and sounds of Continuum. He has also developed a teaching practice, “Diaphragmics”, to transmit these Continuum concepts with a more structural focus. Yoshi offers these classes both online and in-person in Kyoto and Tokyo.
