I became a Continuum Teacher in 2006 and a Continuum Wellspring Practitioner (trained to explore with people individually) around 2007. For me, Continuum is not only something I teach, but a way of life, informing life's choices and decisions. This is what is brought into the Continuum classes and gatherings I offer.

Having taught for many years in my native Brazil, I now live and teach Continuum in Portugal. With a degree in Communications from the University of São Paulo (USP) I did Post-Graduate studies in Integrative Care at the Neurology Department of the Escola Paulista de Medicina (UNIFESP), bringing Continuum into the medical setting. I was a guest teacher in the same course. For many years I participated in Anthropos Nucleus, also at UNIFESP, a group dedicated to the research and study of interactions between spirituality, mind and body. There I co-created "MMI: Mindfulness and Integration Movements", a Mindfulness and Somatic Education-informed method currently being offered and researched in São Paulo, Brazil.

I invite those who practice Continuum with me to build paths between the deep dives into our internal and multidimensional existences and the challenges of daily life. Creativity and curiosity have a major role, and for this sake we express somatic experiences through artistic mediums.
