Erin came to Continuum through the teachings of Cory Blake and Mark Bryant. In their Richmond, Virginia community, meditation and Continuum pour into and nourish one another. Her meditation background is in Zen Buddhism and Meditative Inquiry.

Erin met Susan Harper in 2015 and was transformed by her way of teaching. This meeting seeded her aspiration to offer Continuum to others. She started teaching in 2017 and joined the CTA in 2019.

In her work as an embodied psychotherapist, Erin offers individual support as well as mindfulness programs and retreats for children, teens, and adults.  

Erin assists at the Mystery Depths retreats with Susan Harper and Rebecca Lawson in North Carolina.  She offers Continuum classes in Richmond, VA and online.
