Winter Continuum Class Series

During this Continuum class series we will emphasize using  our awareness and Imagination to connect with all the earthly elements we are made of; the fire of our hearts, the minerals of our bones, the spaciousness of our airy breaths, and especially the many rhythms of our watery bodies, as grounding and nourishing resources in these uncertain times.

There are in person classes Saturday from 1-3 US eastern time and online classes via zoom Mondays from 3-5 US eastern time
