The Heart of the Matter: A Continuum Exploration

February is heart month. Valentine’s Day can remind us of those we love and what our hearts are capable of. We are designed to be in connection with others. Our relational history does not always satisfy this basic human need, particularly as mobile phones, apps, and the internet are replacing natural, human contact.

How does your heart feel as you read this? Can you feel it? Does it call to you? When it calls, how do you respond?

In this 3-hour online Continuum class we engage in the gentle breaths, sounding, and mindful movement of Continuum to meet our hearts, offer them the healing, melting salve of delicious, slow body movement, and deep rest.
