Every human body has TRILLIONS of cells. Cells are the basic, essential unit of ALL living organisms. All life processes take place in the cell – each one a complete whole.

In this Winter Continuum series, cellular process and structures will be explored through the lens of the breath, sound and fluid movement practices of Continuum.

Enliven yourself/cells in this wholistic experiential exploration into life processes.
