Fluid Strength ~ A Continuum Playground Exploration

This class is an opportunity to explore the more dynamic and energetic range of the practice - also known as 'Continuum Playground'. This is a chance to invigorate the fluid system, get playful, and enjoy the supple ease of Continuum in a slightly different way! Next to slowing down and exploring the depth and detail of micro-movements, we will also explore the opposite end of the spectrum - inviting our inner wild animals to play and focusing on our delicious full-body dynamic strength. Through playful movement, breath, and sound, we discover how fluidity can enhance our life force, flexibility, and resilience.

Friday, August 23rd, 6:00 p.m. - 9 p.m.

The event takes place at the studio of Skinship - a touch-based place for kinship, in Berlin Friedrichshain. You will receive the exact location upon registration.
Please note that Skinship is a queer-centering space - a place for queers and allies. As long as you know and respect that, everybody is welcome, regardless of gender identification or sexual orientation. If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
