Ad astra per aspera-  a Continuum based body and life exploration…

In this class, we will explore the meaning of "Ad astra per aspera", a Latin adage meaning "to the stars through difficulties".

Please consider joining me for this class inspired by the current times, my own personal experience of "to the stars through challenge", and our own planetary and cosmic being.  

We will look to motifs from nature, our own human bodies, and shared experience.

Together, we will be in discovery of our own unique journeys, through adversity or challenge, to the stars.

When: Feb 27th  9:00am-11am MST

Join me from the comfort of your own home or wherever you choose to be, wrapped in a mutual field of discovery.
